What are the standard delivery times for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3-5 working days. International shipping times vary by destination but generally take 7-10 working days, depending on customs clearance.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused, unwashed item with original tags within 14 days of purchase. Please note that sale items and stitched collections are generally not eligible for return unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay credit/debit cards. For international customers, we offer secure checkout via major credit cards and PayPal.
How should I care for my Nishat Linen fabrics?
To maintain the longevity of your garments, we recommend hand washing or using a delicate machine cycle with mild detergent. Always iron on a medium heat setting and avoid direct sunlight when drying to prevent color fading.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make any further changes.
Do you offer tailoring services for unstitched suits?
Yes, we offer premium stitching services for our unstitched collections. You can select the 'Stitching' option on the product page and provide your measurements according to our size guide.
